Samantha was amazing. She did such an exceptional job and was extremely easy to work with! She was on top of everything from the moment we began communicating. From ensuring we had the place reserved to creating the vision that I had, to suggesting ideas that would make this proposal become a dream come true for my fiancée and I. She was super easy to work with and allowed me to focus on the moment and not have to worry about anything. Best experience ever. I was so stressed and nervous trying to plan this out but they made it a very comfortable and safe experience. Legit the only place I would ever go to. Samantha worked directly with me for months and kept in contact with responses always being less than an hour, I switched up many times and had many time and personal conflicts…she always worked past it and made is super easy. The day of the setup was the easiest thing ever, allowed me to get chores done while she did the setup..in and out. If you are thinking of booking here, just do it man. ~ Mohammad H

It was my first time renting out an Airbnb in downtown for my daughters 18 bday and Samantha fulfilled every expectation plus more. Her customers service was on point and quick to reply to any questions that I had and she is super sweet. I requested the surprise decoration and my daughter absolutely loved it. The location was great and the apt itself was very nice and spotless with a gorgeous view. We tried the roof top pool which was also nice and clean. I definitely will be doing this again and I highly recommend her. ~ Amber F

They exceeded my expectations by 1000!! Clarissa was the one who decorated our room for our 10 year anniversary this past weekend and my partner and I were both blown away!! She hasn’t stopped possing the pictures all over Facebook and her other social media pages. She called her sisters and friends and showed them 😅 Yall made me look so good and got me lots of brownie points! I’m from Louisiana and stumbled upon Suite Nights by SS while looking at Airbnb’s to surprise my husband for his birthday. When I tell you I’m so glad I did! They did an amazing job. They were very helpful and kind during the entire process. Clarissa decorated my hotel room when we arrived to Dallas for my husband and he loved it! If I could leave more stars I would. The customer service that I received from start to finish was incredible. They communicated with me the entire time up to the time we checked into the Airbnb. They made sure all of my needs were met and provided an unforgettable experience for my wife and I. I couldn’t be more happy with the way they decorated and the little surprises they had set up. Samantha did amazing Was super professional answer my texts/calls she assured me everything was going to go perfect made sure my request was on spot went out of her way to get my gf, now fiancé, her favorite color into the balloons which she loved.. This place is so amazing! I booked at the last minute at that and everything was to die for. It was a special trip away from the kids and Samatha and this crew/company made it literally stress free easy and made our trip so memorable. Even when we were late checking out there was no rude interactions whatsoever. I am so glad we chose this host for our weekend getaway. I wanted to surprise my wife and the host went above and beyond with everything, the host decorated the room and added balloons and petals. The view on this particular room is phenomenal and there are so many restaurants in walking distance. If you’re looking for the perfect room this is the host to go with. ~ Roberto J
